Our Methodology

  • Janus Executives is an Executive Search Firm  that intervenes on a direct approach base, both at local and international levels.

 

  • The success of a good recruitment lays, on one side, in the excellence of its carrying out, which starts upstream in understanding the Client’s needs and, on the other side, in the downstream follow-up, when integrating the selected Candidate in a new cultural environment.

aTo do that, we take the time to well understand our Clients' needs and their organization. Headhunting must before anything be based on the knowledge of the Clients' requirements, their activity sector, their competitive position, their corporate culture, their management style, and  operating model.

aThen we move on to targeting companies in France or abroad which, from our point of view, provide the best pool of talents in order for our Clients' expectations to be met.

aThen, we hunt in these targeted companies in order to qualify the Candidates who meet our technical and behavioral specifications.

aThese candidates shall then be evaluated through in-depth interviews that will allow well understanding their professional paths, achievements and personality. A very thorough work (reference taking, additional assessments, etc.) will be carried out for each selected Candidate, in order to well validate his/her career path and personality adequacy with the vacant position and his/her potential future Employer’s culture.

aOnce recruited, we follow up  the Candidate in order, for his/her integration to be the most successful.
